FAQ: Profiler + Virtual Coaching

How would you access the Profiler & Virtual Coaching session?

Upon successful checkout, you would receive three emails.

  1. The first email, is an invoice, which confirms your purchase. 

  2. The second email will consist of instructions for you to access the profiler. You would be receiving a separate email from Wiley for the link to the profilers. This may take 1-2 working days.

  3. The third email will include your coaching details as well as the link which would bring you into the virtual coaching room. The room is accessible only during your stipulated time slots. Do take some time to preview the features of the virtual coaching room. This is so that you could have a more engaging session by utilizing the features well. 


What if you do not receive any emails?

Do double check if the email you have registered your account with is correct. You can do so under My Account Do note that due to the various email settings, you might find our emails in your junk or spam inbox. Hence, do check in this inboxes should you not find the emails. Would you need to prepare anything before the coaching session?

It is best for you to prepare the questions that you have for the coach so that you have a productive coaching session. You could also set aside any documents or reports of yourself that you would like to share for the coach to have a better understanding of your status. 


Is there any technical specifications required?

For this virtual coaching session, you would require a webcam or built-in front camera on your computer. It is also highly recommended that you use a headset.
