Just-In-Time Skills Coaching is for someone who is in this situation and needs help to build a constructive action plan. Having a coach allows you to receive personalized advice, best practices and proven techniques, based on your personal challenges at work or personally.
This is a 60 minute coaching session to spend time with an experienced coach.

Teo Jin Lee is the Founder and Managing Director of ODE Consulting Pte Ltd, with operations in Singapore, China and India. I have been in strategy and leadership roles for more than 30 years. She has held senior leadership positions in sales and business development both locally and regionally.
She was previously Regional Manager (ASEAN/SA) in IBM Global Services and was responsible for establishing new services leveraging emerging Infocomm Technologies (ICT).
She has led in IBM’s change initiatives, especially, in process re-engineering and sales force transformation as part of a TOTAL Quality Change process.
She was a facilitator for SG Conversations for the Singapore Government. She has been facilitating, consulting and training in the Strategic Management, Leadership, Team Effectiveness, Change Management, Project Management, Sales and Marketing areas in numerous organizations for the past 30 years.

Dr. Kavita Sethi is the Principal Consultant of ODE Consulting and also an accomplished consultant, assessor and business coach with over three decades of experience that spans a wide array of entrepreneurial, business and managerial roles and responsibilities.
She has lived and worked in different parts of the world, giving herself an excellent opportunity to work with clients across cultures and geographical boundaries.
Well versed in competency-based training and assessments, Dr. Kavita I specializes in strategy and leadership development. V. Ravindran has 15 years experience in business management leading teams, managing projects, managing change, business development and consulting.
While in Atos-Origin Singapore, V. Ravindran managed several Project Teams in SAP implementations for Origin’s clients. He has full responsibility over the teams and their performance in projects.
V. Ravindran was Management Information Systems Manager in Telecom Equipment (TE), managing a team of 5 IT staff. I was overall responsible for the implementation of SAP for the Organization.
He has worked as an Executive Consultant in Ernst & Young Consultants, involved in the implementation of Budget and Cost Management Information Systems, Management Accounting Systems for the Army and Navy and developing their strategic plans.
In the Ministry of Defence (Systems and Computer Organization), V. Ravindran was responsible for designing and project managing the implementation of the Army’s Command and Control System. He managed a team of 5 staff and was responsible for their development and performance.

As General Manager for South East Asia of a consulting and training corporation, Chander Naidu designed and facilitated customized accelerated learning programs across Asia, Middle East and Europe.
