Dr. Kavita Sethi is the Principal Consultant of ODE Consulting and also an accomplished consultant, assessor and business coach with over three decades of experience that spans a wide array of entrepreneurial, business and managerial roles and responsibilities.
She has lived and worked in different parts of the world, giving herself an excellent opportunity to work with clients across cultures and geographical boundaries.
Well versed in competency-based training and assessments, Dr. Kavita I specializes in strategy and leadership development. A visiting faculty at a number of institutes, she has to her credit more than a dozen business cases available through Harvard Business School Publishing and The European Case Clearing House. She has also contributed to the book, Small Business Management and Entrepreneurship in Hong Kong: A Case Book, published in 2005.
With a bachelor degree in Engineering, Dr. Kavita received her MTech in Management Systems and Doctorate from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi.
An ACTA certified developer, trainer and assessor, she has trained and assessed candidates across different levels under the WSQ Leadership and Peoples Management (LPM) and Business Management (BM) Framework in Singapore.
Dr. Kavita is also certified in ISO 9000 Quality Management Systems for Consulting Organisations, an Associate Member of the Institute of Engineers, a member of the International Association of Coaching (IAC) and certified as an Action Learning Coach with WIAL. Qian Peng was a Vice President and Head of systems development and integration for Societe Generale Group’s regional data center based in Singapore.
He was overseeing the development and maintenance of new and innovative applications within the bank. He led the project planning and design of the bank’s e-commence implementation.

V. Ravindran was Management Information Systems Manager in Telecom Equipment (TE), managing a team of 5 IT staff. I was overall responsible for the implementation of SAP for the Organization.
He has worked as an Executive Consultant in Ernst & Young Consultants, involved in the implementation of Budget and Cost Management Information Systems, Management Accounting Systems for the Army and Navy and developing their strategic plans.
In the Ministry of Defence (Systems and Computer Organization), V. Ravindran was responsible for designing and project managing the implementation of the Army’s Command and Control System. He managed a team of 5 staff and was responsible for their development and performance.
