The Management Capability Simulation (MCS) engages participants in real-life business scenarios, using videos, emails and telephone conversations. Each scenario requires decisions and actions, leading to consequences and outcomes for the business and customers. Competencies covered include:

Participants are guided by learning points as they navigate scenarios. Learning points provide participants with helpful hints, latest best practices and meaningful tips to consideration at significant times of the simulation.


Simulets are bite-sized learning modules. MCS consists of 4 bite-sized simulets that can be taken together, singularly or selectively combined based on targeted learning outcomes.

This is Simulet 2 of MCS: Leading and Managing The Team, which can logically be done after Simulet 1: Getting to Know Enviro Tech, or as a standalone module.
