The Management Capability Simulation (MCS) engages participants in real-life business scenarios, using videos, emails and telephone conversations.  

 

Each scenario requires decisions and actionsleading to consequences and outcomes for the business and customers. Competencies covered in simulation include:

Throughout the simulation participants are guided by learning points as they navigate the scenarios. Learning points provide participants with helpful hints, the latest best practices and meaningful tips for consideration at significant times of the simulation. 

 
 

It is recommended that you complete the simulation before attending any coaching session.
